I hope everyone had a warm and filling Thanksgiving; I certainly did. Tons of food, too much football, and a cozy, low-key day. And today we got our Christmas tree. We always get it the weekend after Thanksgiving because I just cannot wait to get the house glowing, play christmas music, and cozy up with my hubby by the tree with a big glass of egg nog. I’m thankful for so many things.
My kids-they drive me crazy 95% of the time, but that 5% is worth all of it. There is nothing that makes me happier than seeing them play together. I am so grateful that they have each other.
My superdad husband-always there when I need him. He’s a great dad, cooks, cleans, he’s a pretty good decorator, and a Mr. Fixit kinda guy. If I need the missing tablecloth, he will go to the ends of the earth to find it–or at least out to the garage and won’t stop looking till it’s found. If you’re hosting Thanksgiving or any kind of party or event, he’s the guy you want there helping you. He hung up Christmas lights all over our house–just because he knows I love it. I’m so thankful for him.
A few other things..
Food-and a ton of it.
Preschool–what would I do without those 3 days a week sans 4-year old trouble-maker?
This blog-and being able to share my creativity and things I love.
Hot bubble baths.
Good hair days.
A warm house full of Christmas and family.
Clean water and organic milk.
And a million other things that make life what it is.
