Shapewear has become a wardrobe staple for me. My weight loss journey has been going great. I feel better than ever and I’ve been able to stick to my weight loss plan by incorporating my 5 weight loss tips. Since no one’s body drops pounds immediately,
especially including mine, shapewear is a little secret I have for looking like you’ve lost weight, while you’re still in the process of losing it. Yep, stretchy clothing that “sucks you in” is what I swear by. I wear shapewear every. single. day. I don’t leave the house without at least a shaping tank-top on since my belly is my “problem area.” Shapewear makes me feel sexy, no matter how much weight I’ve still got to lose. Here are some of my favorite shapewear essentials from my favorite shapewear brand, Spanx.
This bodysuit is great if you have issues with your belly, booty, and thigh areas but you still want to show off your bust–even push it up a little. 😉 This bodysuit is so discreet, you can wear it under almost anything and no one will ever know.
I am all about the thong. I hate panty lines. Thong shapewear is great for sucking you in a little, while avoiding panty lines. And it is so stretchy and comfortable–which is an underwear rule in my book.
If you’re not a fan of thongs or you want something to tighten up your booty and suck you in, these boyshorts are the perfect shapewear panties.
As I stated above, I wear shaper tanks nearly every day because my “problem area” is my belly. These work so well to smoothen everything out and make you look and feel slimmer.
If you’re looking to slim down your thigh/butt area, definitely check out these shorts. I love how they go all the way up so they are also slimming the belly area. For lower-cut shorts, check out these.
Great for an evening out or underneath work attire, shaping slips slim you down in all the right places.
Again, I love how these capris go all the way up. If you’re looking for a lower-cut capri, check out these.
What’s your secret to looking slim when you’ve still got weight to lose?
