Taking a road trip can be a lot of fun. It’s one of my favorite ways to travel–even in the cooler months. I am, honestly, not much of a cook. I get into these cooking grooves sometimes where I get all excited about recipes for about a week and then it’s over. However, I’m pretty much always up for baking, especially this time of year. It’s getting cold outside and who doesn’t want to be snuggled up cozy eating something with pumpkin in it? I’ve been experimenting lately and I think I’ve perfected this deliciously moist bread. This is truly better than any pumpkin or banana bread I’ve ever had and it’s got both pumpkin and banana—what’s better than that? It’s also incredibly easy to make!
